I can be cynical – over my career I have seen so many initiatives that were designed to “help” plants but do just the opposite – lots of work and little support from outside the plant.

But our TAM (Threat Assessment and Management) program has been quite the opposite.  

I was very excited about what was presented at the training session.  The training was informative, and the facilitators did a great job.  It wasn’t too much or too little.  I went over the material with the leadership team here and people were equally excited about it. I wish I had participated in this training earlier.

4AM in the morning I contacted SafeHaven and Bobby Jordan is who answered my call. (Almost as impressive – I know they use a rollover on the phone, so if one person doesn’t answer it goes to the next person in line – in fact while I was on the phone with Bobby someone who apparently missed their call was calling me back – so nothing was blown off)

Even in the middle of the night he was polite, professional, helpful.  And he has been since then.  

While still stressful for myself and my plant, I can’t tell you how nice it was to have the guidance and assistance they offered throughout the entire process.  It was a partnership the entire way.  The communication with SafeHaven was on point.
