Jason Gates

Jason Gates is an expert in physical security, anti-terrorism, and leading large scale security operations, in keeping people safe.

Dedicating 25 years active-duty military, Jason rose to the second-highest non-commissioned rank of First Sergeant, retiring as Operations NCOIC over the U.S. Department of Defense –Level 1 Rated – Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center. In that role, Jason oversaw operations with all branches of U.S. Military and top governmental agencies, including Navy SEALS, Army Special Forces, Air Force Special Operations, Marine Raiders, Department of Energy, National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the United States Secret Service. Jason holds a Top Secret TSSCI Security Clearance.

During deployment to Iraq, Jason led combat area security patrols and commanded convoys in some of the most hostile and dangerous areas, also serving as team leader of the Personal Security Detachment for VIPs and senior officers.

Jason is certified as an U.S. Army Group Instructor, graduate from the Physical Security Officer& Anti terrorism Officer Qualification Courses and won numerous Competitive Marksman Awards and in inter-service military shooting competitions.

As if his military career is not impressive enough, Jason became a Certified Law Enforcement Officer, serving as a part-time officer with a local department for five years, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jason leads another large group, his family… with his wife and six children, three of whom are currently serving in the Armed Forces.

Today, Jason is the Senior Director of Security Operations for SafeHaven Security Group, LLC., a Threat Management & Security Firm with Clients coast to coast.
