Dr. Dale Doty is a distinguished mental health professional with a specialized focus on violence and threat assessment, bringing a wealth of expertise in evaluating and mitigating risks in various environments. With a robust background in high conflict family therapy and mental health evaluations, Dr. Doty applies over forty years of professional practice. Dr. Doty is the founder and co-owner of Christian Family Institute, founded in 1977, serving the Northeast Oklahoma and 4 state area.

His professional practice spans across numerous fields of study including marital and family therapy, Christian counseling, high conflict marriage and divorce, violence threat assessment,family mediation, child custody evaluation, treatment of emotional disorders, mental health evaluation, fitness for duty evaluation, behavioral threat assessment and management. He also provides supervision of LMFT and LCSW candidates, continuing education for mental health professionals, and is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, CLEET Certified Self Defense Pistol Instructor, and Winchester-NRA Pistol Expert.

Today, Dr. Doty continues to run a successful practice at the Christian Family Institute, serves as a Certified Threat Manager, is a court approved mediator, and is now serving as a Senior Consultant with SafeHaven Security Group. He will provide expertise and guidance to clients on high-risk threat situations, mental health evaluations, and crisis response, ensuring that employees and company are safe.
